Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how UCS services are scoped, delivered, revised, and supported. Read before purchasing any service.
1. About These Terms
Usul Creative Solutions is an India-based professional services business operating from Kerala. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of services from Usul Creative Solutions. By accessing this website or purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase any service. These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Disclaimer.
2. Services Offered
Usul Creative Solutions offers career and digital positioning services including resume writing, LinkedIn optimisation, cover letter writing, website design and development, SEO services, branding kits, website care plans, and Google Business Profile services. Each service has a defined scope described on its respective service page. Inclusions and exclusions apply to each package and are described on the relevant service and pricing pages.
3. Scope Confirmation and Work Commencement
Work begins only after service scope, package, and payment have been confirmed through official UCS channels. Submitting an enquiry form, quiz response, or general contact does not constitute a service agreement. Work commences after required information has been received, payment has been confirmed, and scope has been agreed through official communication.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information provided. This includes employment history, qualifications, business information, project details, and any other content submitted for service delivery. UCS works from the information provided and is not responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or false information submitted by the client.
5. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines, unless a specific deadline has been agreed in writing before work begins. Timelines may vary based on intake form quality, complexity of the brief, revision requests, and current workload. Work commences after the intake form is submitted and all required information is received.
6. Revisions and Adjustments
Revision rounds are defined per package and described on the relevant service page. A revision is a reasonable adjustment to the existing deliverable based on the original brief and agreed scope. New directions, additional services, or significant changes to the original brief are not covered under the revision policy and may require a separate quotation. Revision requests must be raised within the timeframe stated in your service confirmation.
7. Payment
Payments are accepted only after scope and package have been confirmed through official UCS channels. Payment instructions are shared directly by UCS only after that confirmation. Do not make payment based on instructions received from unofficial accounts, links, or third parties claiming to represent UCS. If you are ever unsure whether payment instructions are genuine, verify directly through official UCS communication channels before proceeding. Work begins after the required information and payment confirmation are received.
8. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Usul Creative Solutions provides professional effort, founder review, and quality delivery within the agreed scope. No outcomes are guaranteed. This includes but is not limited to job placements, interview calls, recruiter contact, admission results, rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, business growth, brand recognition, ATS results, Google verification, map visibility, search engine position, social media performance, and any decision made by any third-party platform, employer, government body, or institution.
9. Third-Party Platforms
UCS services may reference or work with third-party platforms including LinkedIn, Google, search engines, social media platforms, ATS systems, hosting providers, domain registrars, form service providers, email platforms, and payment providers. These platforms are outside UCS control. Their terms, policies, algorithms, and decisions may change at any time. UCS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with any third-party platform unless stated on the relevant service page.
10. Account Access and Credentials
UCS will not ask you to share passwords, OTPs, CVV, UPI PINs, banking credentials, email passwords, LinkedIn passwords, Google passwords, or similar sensitive login details. If platform access is necessary, UCS will use official permission-based methods where available, such as admin roles, access links, or client-controlled permissions. UCS may refuse or pause work that depends on unsafe credential sharing.
11. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive the right to use the final deliverable for its intended purpose. UCS retains rights to its own working processes, internal approaches, templates, and methods. Deliverables that include third-party assets, typefaces, stock elements, or platform tools remain subject to those assets' own terms and licences. Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold appropriate rights to any materials or content they provide.
12. Portfolio and Confidentiality
UCS may display public-facing deliverables such as completed websites or branding work for portfolio purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before delivery. Personal and private materials including resumes, LinkedIn content, cover letters, and career information are treated as confidential and are not displayed or shared publicly.
13. Prohibited Use
You may not use this website or UCS services to submit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content; to misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person, brand, or organisation; to submit plagiarised, fraudulent, or misleading material for use in any deliverable; to attempt unauthorised access to this website, its systems, or any UCS account; to use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from this website without permission; or to otherwise use UCS services for an unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose. UCS may refuse, pause, or discontinue service where prohibited use is identified.
14. Website Hosting and Domain Responsibilities
For website services, hosting and domain registration are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed. UCS does not guarantee the uptime, security, or continued availability of any third-party hosting provider or domain registrar. Website care plans cover routine maintenance within the selected plan scope. Major redesigns, new features, or additional pages outside the agreed scope require separate confirmation and quotation.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Usul Creative Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, reliance on any content published here, or the purchase or use of any service. UCS's maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
16. Refusal of Service
UCS reserves the right to decline or discontinue any service request that is abusive, unlawful, misleading, impossible to deliver within honest professional standards, or inconsistent with UCS's quality and ethical approach. Where UCS discontinues a project for ethical, legal, scope, or quality reasons, UCS will review any eligible partial refund based on the stage of work completed, completed deliverables, and non-refundable third-party costs already incurred, in line with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
17. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Read that document before purchasing any service.
18. Contact and Dispute Resolution
For concerns, questions, or disputes, contact hello@usulcs.com. UCS will aim to resolve concerns through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties may seek resolution through applicable channels under Indian law.
19. Updates to These Terms
UCS reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of this website or purchase of services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
20. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
