Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains how enquiry and service information is collected, used, and protected.
1. About This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Usul Creative Solutions handles personal information received through this website, enquiries, official communication channels, and confirmed services. Where consent is required for a particular use, UCS requests it at the relevant point.
2. Our Approach to Data Protection
UCS handles personal information under applicable Indian law and uses the principles of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the phased Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 as part of its privacy framework. The statutory framework is being commenced in phases, so this policy describes UCS practices without presenting them as a certification or approval statement.
3. Information We Collect
UCS may collect and receive the following types of information depending on the nature of your enquiry or service: your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp contact, Signal username, Signal profile identifier, or other messaging contact detail voluntarily supplied by you; the content of your enquiry, message, or intake form submission; resume or CV details, employment and education history, and career background when voluntarily shared; business name, website address, career, business, branding, website, SEO, or content information; project files, images, brand assets, documents, or written content shared for service delivery; payment confirmation information if shared directly through official channels; and technical and security logs actually produced by website infrastructure.
4. How We Use Your Information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, confirm service scope, communicate through the selected official channel, deliver confirmed services, handle revisions and support, maintain necessary operational and accounting records, prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents, and comply with applicable obligations.
5. Sensitive Career and Personal Information
UCS may receive personal career information including employment history, qualifications, salary context, and personal background only because the client voluntarily shares it for service delivery. This information is used only within the scope of the agreed service. It is not shared, displayed, or used for any purpose beyond agreed service delivery.
6. Account Credentials and Platform Access
UCS does not request personal account passwords as standard practice. Do not send passwords, OTPs, authentication codes, recovery codes, private keys, CVV, UPI PINs, online banking credentials, full payment credentials, or sensitive login credentials through ordinary messages, web forms, WhatsApp, Signal, or email. Signal is a privacy-focused communication channel, not an approved password-transfer system. For platform-based services such as LinkedIn or Google Business Profile, clients are encouraged to maintain control of their own accounts. Where protected access is genuinely required, UCS will confirm an appropriate sharing method.
7. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Service delivery and website operation involve a small number of third-party tools, including Cloudflare for website hosting, security, and delivery; Web3Forms for enquiry-form delivery; email providers; Signal for sensitive initial enquiries; WhatsApp for general enquiries; and payment providers only when actually used. Website fonts are served from this website's own files rather than loaded from Google Fonts at page view time. Each provider operates under its own terms and privacy policy. Third-party platforms may process or store information outside India under their own infrastructure and policies. UCS does not control those third-party systems but uses them only for website operation, communication, payment coordination, or service delivery.
8. Signal and Messaging Platforms
Signal is available for sensitive initial enquiries. Signal states that its messages and calls are protected by end-to-end encryption. Use of Signal is also governed by Signal's own terms and privacy policy. Information shared through Signal remains accessible to the participants and their devices. Visitors should verify the official Signal username @usulcs.67 and the Signal link shown on the UCS website before starting a conversation. WhatsApp remains available for general enquiries.
9. Data Sharing
UCS does not sell personal information. Personal information is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Information may be shared only where necessary for service delivery, client-authorised work, operational providers, security needs, applicable legal requirements, or where the client has specifically requested or approved such sharing as part of the service.
10. Data Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the relevant purpose, confirmed service, operational record, security need, dispute handling, or applicable obligation. This may include enquiries, active project materials, delivery and revision records, invoices and accounting records, and security or dispute records. Information may be deleted, anonymised, or securely disposed of when no longer reasonably required.
11. Your Rights
You may contact UCS at hello@usulcs.com to request access, correction, updating, deletion, consent withdrawal, or communication preference changes concerning your information. UCS may request reasonable information to verify the requester. Requests may remain subject to applicable legal, accounting, security, dispute, and operational requirements.
12. Security
UCS takes reasonable precautions to protect the information it receives and stores. However, no internet transmission, digital storage system, or messaging platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Encrypted messaging does not remove risks involving compromised devices, phishing, impersonation, unsafe forwarding, screenshots, recipient-side disclosure, or account takeover. Clients should avoid sending sensitive credentials or highly sensitive personal information through ordinary web forms or messages and should verify official UCS channel details before sharing information.
13. Minors
UCS services are intended for adults. Where services are being arranged for or on behalf of a minor, a parent or guardian is responsible for the engagement and for providing appropriate consent. UCS does not knowingly collect information from children without appropriate parental involvement.
14. Cookies and Analytics
This website does not currently load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, social media tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies. UCS does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, or browser fingerprinting for visitor tracking. The site may use ordinary browser caching and a service worker cache to improve repeat visits and offline fallback behaviour, but this is not used to identify visitors. If analytics or non-essential tracking is introduced later, this policy should be updated and any required consent controls should be implemented before those tools load.
15. External Links
This website may contain links to external websites, including social media platforms and third-party services. UCS is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of any external website. Visiting a linked website is at your own discretion, and the privacy policy of that website will apply to any information you share there.
16. Contact for Privacy Requests
For any privacy-related queries, access requests, correction requests, updating requests, deletion requests, consent withdrawal requests, communication preference requests, or concerns, contact hello@usulcs.com. Include your name and a brief description of your request so UCS can respond appropriately.
17. Updates to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Where consent is required for a particular use, UCS requests it at the relevant point.
